Word about my visit...

August 9, 2022 - Today miracle happened, God's blessings. I was privileged to visit two of local orphanages. I didn't know what to expect, but after doing so, this experience exceeded my expectations. Seeing these kids touched my heart and it was hard to keep the tears. without doubts, this mission was worth it! I Learned an important lesson. 

Nowadays we are all facing worsening life conditions, increasing inflation, "artificial" quality of life is dropping. Is this real? Do we really live bad life? Do we really need to complain that much? All is matter of perspective. Right away, when you have opportunity to see these girls and boys having nothing, eating every day beans, lentils and porridge, having nothing to play with, study or so, yet, they are smiling and greeting you with joy, you realize, how spoiled society we are.

I want this to be, maybe, start of something bigger, which might inspire even more of us. Nothing is impossible. I couldn't have even ever imagined doing such a thing, and here I am, and I feel blessed. I feel blessed from those soles I could help to have a bit better day, hopefully better life. If anyone of us would treat people around us with respect and love, the world will be better place to be. "Help if you can". 

About the center...

The main care giver, providing almost everything is Esther Nwaweru (esthernwaweru@gmail.com). The community had around 40 kids from the age of 2 up to 18 years. Children ended up here due to broken families, abuse and violence. There is several areas in which the support is required:

- food

- school fees for children in high school

- school course books

- stationery

In the education system and nowadays standards, there is progress in more and more orientation of using computer and IT in general. Computer lab, room, where all kids can expand and develop necessary skills, could be crucial tool providing opportunity to enhance their knowledge in comprehensive education.
